Status of this site

This website describes a BPO project offered by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd to BPO service providers. It is an invitation to apply, not an offer; no contract exists until the partner agreement and Schedule A are signed by both parties.

Figures

Payout, investment, volumes, ratios and the indicative P&L are for planning. Where they differ from the signed agreement, the agreement governs.

Eligibility

Applications are evaluated as described on the Eligibility page. Akontec may decline any application without giving reasons.

Intellectual property

Content, scripts, runbooks and tools referenced here remain Akontec's property and are licensed to the selected partner for the term only.

Governing law

Laws of India; courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
